1: Send the details to Pay Protect – Start by uploading the quotation/invoice for the agreed work, including details of any staged payments and dates for estimated completion.
2: Customer Confirmation – The Customer confirms that all of the details are correct and will then transfer the agreed funds to the Pay Protect Secure Business Holding Account.
3: Work will then commence – Any additional jobs or alterations will be sent through Pay Protect and all work will be completed.
4: Payment – The customer will confirm that they are completely satisfied and payment will be promptly made to the Tradesperson in line with the Pay Protect T&C’s.
